Lia, the owner, takes texts & phone calls. If you have specific or detailed questions, have never boarded before, or want to enroll in dog daycare, please call Lia at 718-795-8175. Lia also schedules tours/walk-throughs, 1st day of daycare, boarding trial days, & provides video/text updates throughout your pet's stay.

Bridget, one of our kennel attendants, handles simple reception duties. She takes texts only, at 845-248-6826. Bridget schedules returning daycare, returning boarding reservations, and simple boarding reservations. New client reservations would be considered "simple" if your pet is friendly, has no behavioral or medical concerns, and we believe will adapt to boarding quickly. Bridget also handles paw partner trouble shooting, and a phone call can be arranged with her if you are struggling with your paw partner account.
